Ways to work together
Three arrangements, scoped to your volume rather than squeezed into a tier. Each one says plainly who it suits and who it does not.
A defined deliverable when you need one thing done at a premium level.
A steady creative engine for brands shipping content every week.
We run video, social, web, and 3D as your outsourced creative team.
One-off
A single, bounded piece of work: a launch film, a website, a set of product renders, a brand system. Scope and timeline are agreed before anything starts, and the number does not move unless you change what you are asking for.
This is the right way in if you have one specific thing that needs doing well, or if you would rather see how we work on something finite before committing to anything ongoing. A good number of retainers started as one project.
Not the right fit for: Ongoing weekly content. Running that as a series of one-off projects costs more and loses the consistency that makes it work.
Most chosen
A fixed monthly scope with a predictable weekly rhythm. You get the same editor each month, so nobody is relearning your brand every few weeks, and strategy stays attached to production rather than living in a separate document.
This is the arrangement most clients end up on, because consistency is the thing that actually compounds and it is the first thing to slip when content is handled internally around other work.
Scope is set to your volume rather than to a tier we invented. Revisions are rolling within that scope — no per-round counting, as long as the total work stays in the agreed envelope.
Not the right fit for: A single deliverable with a hard end date. Take the project option — a retainer would be paying for a rhythm you do not need.
Full service
We act as your creative department. Video, social, web, 3D and production run from one team with one senior lead accountable for the whole thing, plus quarterly direction sessions that set what the next three months are for.
The argument for this is coherence. Work commissioned in pieces from different suppliers stops looking related, and the seams are visible to your audience even when they cannot name what is wrong. One team across every format is the fix.
It is the largest commitment of the three and it is not right for everyone. We will say so on the call if a retainer would serve you better.
Not the right fit for: Early-stage businesses still working out their positioning. Start smaller; this is more capacity than you need yet.
FAQ
Because the honest number depends on volume, formats, and how much production is involved, and a published tier would be wrong for most people who read it. Book a call and we will send a clear figure after it — not a range that moves later.
Monthly. Pause or stop with notice. The strategy document, calendar, templates, and source files are yours to keep either way.
Your first delivery lands within about ten days of kickoff, then settles into a steady weekly rhythm.
That is the usual path. A single project or a light retainer first, then more once the rhythm is working and you can see what it produces.
Next step
One call is usually enough to scope this properly. If another studio would serve you better, we will say so.
